There was a little confusion about how quickly the item I ordered would be delivered - the order confirmation said overnight; customer services then revised that to within 4 to 6 weeks because it was out of stock; and finally it was delivered within a week. But no complaints about the price (which was excellent value) or the efficiency of delivery once it happened.
No complaints about the price. In fact, it was even better with a 10% off promotion at the time. BUT the website said the golf club was in stock when it was ordered and would be delivered within 5 to 7 days. In fact, the delivery finally came over 3 weeks later which suggests that the product wasn't in stock after all. Under normal circumstances, I would have been happy to wait IF 118golf had told me that they didn't have the club and that there would be a delay. Unfortunately, this didn't happen and I ended up having to contact them to find out what was happening with my order. In my view, that's poor service and I'm sure they can do much better.
