I have bought many furnitures with Wayfair in the past 3 years and I have had very little issues with my orders. Worst that happened was a small part of a furniture that was damaged, which Wayfair replaced promptly at no cost and some items taking a bit of time to come in, but this seemed to be more related to the manufacturer than Wayfair, and Wayfair kept me informed all along.
Besides from those two incidents, I would have given them 5 stars, especially as their staff is really nice and competent and their prices are always among the cheapest in the market.
