After being a previous myprotein customer and getting thoroughly frustrated by their extremely poor delivery and customer service I switched to Proteins Depot.
Have been extremely happy with the product range, prices and customer service has been top notch. An excellent company!
For the second time in 2 months, I place an order. 1 week later nothing has been delivered despite being sent a dispatch email. I contact the company and get a mail with some lame excuse that the order was not scanned at the depot.
Not once is the words 'we apologise' mentioned in the emails. No compensation or attempt to rectify the problem for a valued customer.
Have been left with no option but to take my business elsewhere. In all the internet companies I have dealt with these are BY FAR the worst for customer service.
