Order process good as it was to a timetable with guaranteed delivery date. Pleased with table but chairs not suitable. Chairs returned quickly and without problems but refund fell between the cracks. However once customer service was contacted, refund was expedited. Would have given 3 stars because of problems but quality of table and very helpful Made Customer Service merits the increase to 4.
The experience with British Gas could not be a greater contrast. Following relative's death, I was dealt with by an unhelpful individual on the "Move Team". Did not even record the death so of course a letter was received by the deceased about the "move". Would have given 1 star but balanced by the 4 stars I would have given that person's colleague who I dealt with later - she was empathetic and efficient.
British Gas has a dedicated team for executors, administrators when a customer dies. Having recently used it I was very pleased with the service, efficiency and empathy. This was in sharp contrast to the service from nPower

Wiggle has a very good range of cycling products which are competitive in value. Delivery times are good and I have started using Collect plus for items that are too large for the letterbox - buys are delivered to a local newsagent that participates so effectively I can collect on a Sunday. Customer service is also good, 1 item of wrong size had to be returned some months ago and there were no propblems
