Has used a pricing error as a publicity stunt!!
Marking some items down to £3 or in some case £0 for items worth much much more, hence the deals went viral gaining the company over 10,000 new customers, then emailed to say it was an error and NO orders will be honored.
No incentive/compensation was provided for customer that were affected to re-shop with them again.
Very clever marketing stunt indeed!!!
I have had their Percal Striped 200 thread count sheets on my bed for 17 days ONLY and they have aleady "bobbled", I have complianed and they said s I am outside their 30 day window, (I brought a few different sets, so how could I use them all in one go) theres nothing they can do and they haven't had a problem before with them so doubt what I'm saying, their customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!
