Very unprofessional

It took me over a week to complete my order as their website crashed everytime I went to pay. I could not ring them up as their opening hours were 9-6 Monday to Friday and I worked till 6 every day. I also tried to use the £10 off discount as a new user. But it said I had already used it. So after a week I took an hour off work to ring albelli. I spoke to a very unprofessional girl who laughed down the phone and couldn't speak properly as she laughed too much with her friends in the background. I thought this was highly unprofessional and rude. She gave me a new code and I had a chance to complete my order after a week. The book came after another week and I can't fault the appearance but the process of ordering a book was frustrating and very un professional
