Poor customer service.
Poor replys to communications.. ie none...
I pitty the companies that use them .. Amazon.co.uk
Still waiting after 2 days for my delivery and even Amazon have given up trying to get it touch with them...

Flight was delayed departing Gatwick then when we got to Orlando we had to wait on the plane for ages as another VA had just landed in front and the emigration dept told the staff that the area was too full.
Flight from Orlando was very late in departing. Staff rushed around to try and get there work done as quick as possible but this became annoying as food and drinks were a mess..
Order 1 arrived several hours late. Customer service closed at 6pm and they couldn't tell me why delivery was being delayed as driver was giving them false info.
Order 2 arrived on time but missing main items so I sent it back then Tesco refunded less money than they should have and then I struggled to get a full refund.
Item out of stock after waiting 5 days for delivery, only found out when I called them.. Was told that it was arriving in the warehouse on that that.. no good to me..
Had the order rearranged for a week later and still had to call them to find out where it was only to be told that it was still out of stock but would be arriving in the warehouse today.. AGAIN!!!!!!
Cancelled the order and took my custom else where...
