This was my 1st & probably my last order form Boohoo.com. I ordered 2 items.
First I received an email saying 1 item was out of stock. A few days later the other item arrived. It arrived damaged with a slash right across it. Returning the item was fairly easy but I was disgusted to see I was only refunded the cost of the items & not the £3.99 postage I had originally paid. Considering I only received one out of two of the items I ordered & the other item was damaged I felt this was very unfair. I emailed them to ask that they also refund my postage costs. They did agree to this but I don't think I should have had to ask.
Thank you Razwaan for your reply & kind offer of 25% discount & free postage on my next order. I tried to place an order but at the check out I was told the discount code had expired (even though I only received the code that day). I emailed customer services & was told not to order items on promotion. The items I had tried to order weren't on promotion so I emailed again. Have now received an email telling me to order anyway & I will be refunded the discount. I'm afraid this lastest episode has done nothing to restore my faith in Boo.hoo. Very disappointed.
So far I've just used TopCashBack on my usual shopping. Some of the companies seem to take a while before the cash back is confirmed but they have all shown up in the end. I haven't got any complaints.
