I had a complaint raised a few items below (6322993) about the miss-selling of a holiday. Basically Low cost booked us into a wrong, far inferior hotel to what we paid for. They admitted their mistake but only offered us £25 compensation which is outrageous. I was not happy with this at all so decided to raise this complaint through ABTA. Turns out Low cost holidays are no longer a member , even though it states this on all the documentation I received from them. I'm not sure how many mistakes one company can make. This is all very dodgy, and it looks like I may need to seek external legal advice. Avoid at all costs
