website waste of time youll starve to death befor compleation

never again 3 years on many emails to customer help ,telling them whats wrong and how to fix it,so thay dont deserve any points.

ABSOLUTLY PATHETIC

lost my parcel a month ago,thay keep trying to pass the buck saying i have booked with parcel 2go and soits there problem not ours,Oh yes ,i am a member of my hermes i book directly with them ,thay can see from my tracking number it doeas not start with PG-. 3 times thay try this on me!,when ever i email them or speak on the phone ,thay say thay will get back to me within 24hrs,this just doesnt happen.Nothing.thay have lost a £43 parcel and charged me £9 for the privadge,pluss phone calls stress and hours on the pc trying to track a parcel with goods i need to finish a job ,thay say we didnt collect it ,but we have them on cctv doing just that,the driver took it changed the tracking ,somit does not show up when i look for it,are thay employing thiefs,if i was a manager there i would getting a bit concerned ,but it sounds like this is just a normal day for them
i keep asking to be refunded for the loss and original charge,thay send a form with all the questions ,the answers are already there on my bill recipt, and membership.
then thay send an email asking for more info ,Unbelivable thay arenow asking for my email address,yes the one thay have been contacting me on !
another week has gone by with no replys from hermes.
absolutely Pathetic service someone needs to sort them out,i just wished i lived down the road.
use them at your peril,it may be cheeper than royal mail,but if theres a problem then god help you,cos thay wont.you will lose the lot and your sanity
will keep this space open and hope to updated if thay can resolve this ,without having to use the police,or ofcom

totaly rubbish

lost my parcel value £45 claim thay never collected it,yet we have them doing so on cctv.manager fails to return calls this is week 3 ,no refund no explanation ,no liability .total sham .shouldnt be in buisness,next step call the police? or ofcom..for some reason my first review has been removed from this site as well as other peoples,why is that ?does trust pilot cave in to big companies? thease were genuine complaints ,now hermes has a good rating when patently it should not have .dont have trust in trust pilot anymore.

PAYPAL CLOSED MY CASE AGAINST ME, WHEN I HAVE NOT GOT WHAT I PAYED FOR,SELLER IS VERY HAPPEY STILL HAS THE GOODS AFTER SENDING MY COURIER AWAY EMPTY HANDED,HE HAS MY MONEY AND THE £45WORTH OF GOODS.
EBAY WONT HONOUR THEIR MONEY BACK GARENTEE BECAUSE PAYPAL CLOSED THE CASE.WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE

MY PARCELS IS NOW LOST EVEN THE TRACKING NUMBER NO LONGER WORKS CUSTOMER SERVICE WEBCHAT NOT STAFFED,EMAILS NOT ANSWERED, DAY5.NOW WHAT?? ARRANGE FOR A COLLECTION AND HOLD THE GUY HOSTAGE?IF ONLY I HAD THE TIME TO DO THAT,MAYBE HERMES STAFF WOULD START TO REALISE THE CONSEQUENCES OF THEIR ACTIONS.

devisive website,with no possible way of contacting customer support

booking what i thaught wasn the best priced courier service with ups,filled allthe forms out payed by visa then it says please take your parcel to a ups pick up point,ok from looe thats a 60 mile round trip,so look for customer service ,email has a link that sends you round in circles ,one hour on and ime realy pissed,ill never come back here again,look online and find countless horror stories,the main thing is how thay have no respect for the people paying their wages ,just grab the money ,and pull the shutters down,well ive now done alli can for tonight ,no doubt this will occupy tomorrow,all it takes is one phone call or an online opperator ,but no thay dont want anything like that ,thay make more money doing it like this,and so much for the customers health and wellbeing .what a setup it stinks.never again thease people should not be allowed to trade .ombudsmen.
