I've vowed not to shop online at Tesco after my last three orders were late, and the supermarket response totally unacceptable. The supermarket apparently takes the position that they are so big that the needs of their individual customers don't matter. There are apparently big problems at their Greenford depot - if you live in West London don't expect your orders to arrive on time. The last delivery driver told me there were staff shortages that weren't being plugged and that everyone was complaining.
