Placed an order on Amazon. This was split into three deliveries on the same day. 2 by DPD and one by Parcelforce. The delivery from Parcelforce was received perfectly fine, in the morning.
However according to DPD, their parcels were "undeliverable". That's funny because Parcelforce managed to deliver just fine.
Talked to Customer Services (a phone number not found on their website 0843 515 9415) and they just tried evade the question as to why my packages were not received. Very slimy.
