I am an English native speaker but live and work in Seoul South Korea. The website defaulted to Korean when I tried to make a booking which was a pain in the butt cause I had to use a translator to figure out everything you wanted to know.
Hopefully in future you can add a language option or preference for the site regardless of where the traveller is flying from?
