Being old and only reasonably computer literate I have to say that Anglo Pacific dealt most patiently with my panic stricken emails and phone calls every time a new problem, (usually with government red tape) arose. Because the staff is mixed English and kiwi there was always someone who understood the requirements at both ends. When the shipment arrived we received a delighted email from our son who said everything was in good order and the large mirror he was a bit worried about was very well packed and arrived without any damage.
AngloPacific staff were also very helpful in giving advice on things I hadn't even considered eg. the need to prove to NZ customs that the goods were being imported for personal use, not to sell. They even knew which documents I needed to obtain to prove it was family furniture that had been handed down. I would never have guesse, had they not told me, that my father-in-law's death certificate might be helpful!
All in all a very helpful firm to work with from the initial phone call to the packers who did a swift and careful job with great efficiency.
