The most annoying and shocking customer service EVER!! Talked to 2 different people that couldn't cancel my contract and kept redirect me to another person which couldn't help me either!
I finally canceled my contract yesterday (after speaking to 6 different advisors) and the guy on the phone said I will have to return the router AT MY OWN COST. Yeah right! I don't think so! Pay back my money I've lost while spending 40mins talking to SHOCKING customer service first! Another thing that really annoys me is the fact that 99% of your advisors are indian/pakistani that can't speak english properly or have that weird accent that even an english person can't understand! Getting Sky on the 26th. Can't wait!
Another thing- as soon as you tell them you want to move to sky- they put the phone down.
THEY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM TRADING IN THE UK!!
