I decided to buy my washer dryer through Whitebox as it was advertised as being in stock and could be delivered over New Year. I placed my order and awaited confirmation of the delivery date suggested on the website, however I received an email from Whitebox customer services suggesting that the item had been delayed in its shipment from the manufacturer and would be several weeks instead of the anticipated few days. I emailed back to ask why the website had quoted the delivery date if the item were out of stock.
As my existing machine had broken on Christmas Eve and I had a mounting pile of washing, I began calling around other online retailers (none of whom could beat Whitebox on price) and eventually found one who had the machine in stock but could not deliver it any quicker than Whitebox anticipated. At that point I received a call fro Whitebox, who said that my machine would be arriving quicker than anticipated and would be delivered a week earlier than their email had suggested.
I received a message a day or two before the delivery was due to let me know what time it would take place. On the day, they deliverymen were an hour earlier than quoted and I was out, but they phoned me and promised to wait. They were courteous, quick and efficient in removing my old machine and bringing in the new one. The earlier delivery suited me better too.
I used NP Autoparts for the first time recently to order some camping equipment. The branded sleeping bag I bought was on a half price offer and cheaper than all the other camping stores I checked out online. The transaction was smooth and the delivery was very quick, the parcel arrived the day after I was notified of its despatch. I would definitely use NP Autoparts again if I need any more camping equipment, and have already recommend them to friends.
