Ordered shopping fro delivery 11:00 - 1:00 pm slot. Arrived at 14:55, no apology. customer services tried to blame the driver for not informing me, the driver blamed customer services for not informing me "someone shoudl have phoned you" - "who?" i asked - no answer. To add insult to inhury the substitutions (which were many )as ausual)) had no relation to the original order. Finally, realised they had neglected to reimburse me for the substitutions i did not want.
The worst service I have ever expereinced - will never use asda home shopping again.
P.S. this is not the first time this has happened, but thought i would give them a second chance - no more chances - avoid them like the plague
