Absolutely Crap.

My hsband ordered me a bottle Of Giorgio Armani " Gio" For xmas 2010, It arrived on the 11th Jan 2011, but the wrong one. Contancted them, & they ofered a replacement, or I could keep the perfume, & they would give me a £2o voucher. As I didnt like the perfume they sent me, I returned it, costing me £7-26p, which was supposed to be refunded. I have contacted them on a regular bases, being nice, annoyed, threatening, & pkeading, but nothing works. I've even threatened them with legal action, but they have now started to ignore me. I will not lket this go untill I have got my money back in full, & done as much damage to this so called company as possible. The two sites I usually order my perfumes & cosmetics from are, "LOOKFANTASTIC", & "FRAGRANCE DIRECT". Both are great, & delivery is within hours, rather than months. Highly recommend them.
