Poor service, poor excuses, comedy excuses.

I bought a fuji XF 35mm lenses from digitalrev, which was faulty, I asked for the return document and got fobbed off for 2 weeks with "Edwin" sending me emails saying e needed to talk to the "management" I sent photographs of the fault which they ignored and said they couldn't understand the problem, I ask them to speed up the process because I was going on holiday, and they even answered back on the 8th of July that they still had time to resolve things before my holiday on the 10th despite me being in the UK and them in Hong Kong! They didn't try in any way to resolve my complaint The faulty lense is still at home awaiting instructions from them as to how to return and they will hold my money until they ave it back. I can see me a ing to recover through my credit card. Luckily I know enough people to cost them enough business to get at least some sense of satisfaction, but my warning to you? Don't go there, stick your money on a horse, or lose it at poker, its quicker and less frustrating
