I bought a pump and filter unit for my pond from www.aquatics-warehouse.co.uk in August 20012. After a little research I decided on the Green Genie Triple filter kit 6000 with an Otter 2000 pump at the very reasonable price of £114.99.
I installed the unit which worked perfectly up until the beginning of July 2013 when the pump packed up. I e-mailed the company who replied immediately asking me to return the faulty unit which I did. A few days later the replacement arrived and is now pumping the water through the system as it should.
We regularly hear horror stories about internet sales but clearly the Aquatics Warehouse is a firm that you can rely on. My only gripe and the reason that I didn't give 5 stars is that I had to fork out £15 in postal charges to return my pump but I suppose that is unavoidable. My fish are happy again and their water is clear after a few days of efficient filtering.
I needed some decent little Torx screwdrivers to service my mobile phone & other fiddly modern kit. Most of the ones online were tatty Chinese jobs that were unlikely to last much more than one use. There were some American ones that looked good but the prices were too American. I've had other screwdrivers made by Wera before and found them satisfactory so I was glad to find that Tooled-up.com stocked these in the right sizes & at a very fair price. Ordering was simple, delivery was quick enough though probably a day slower it could have been. My phone screen is now much cleaner and I have 3 new screwdrivers in my kit. I will use Tooled-up.com again.
