Seems easy enough but you never know how good they are until you need to make a claim.

I placed an order for home delivery with John Lewis just before Christmas. the product I ordered arrived on time but was broken. I called their call centre and a replacement was very quickly dispatched and they also picked up the borken item at the same time.
Although it was a shame the original item was damaged in transit, John Lewis were thoroughly efficient in resolving the problem.
I recentply placed an order for a new case for my Blackberry with Expansys. The item was in the sale and was pretty cheap so it looked like a bargain. Sadly, it was faulty so I followed the instructions on the website and emailed them, and then emailed them again, and again, then tried calling but was just put on hold. It is now more than two weeks later (and out of their normal returns period) and I have still not han any kind of response from them.
I have been a customer of Expansys for many years and have bought several products from them thinking that they were a decent and reliable company. Not anymore, I will not be placing any more orders with them.
