AX A-dent
Excellent job and excellent service
I recently engaged the services of Adam at AX-A-Dent to repair several small scratches and one small dent on my car along with a full valet prior to me selling the car.
The job that AX-A-Dent did surpassed my expectations and my car really did look as good as new. I could not have been happier with both the quality of the work done and the excellent level of customer service.
I would have no hesitation in recommending AX-A-Dent to anyone.
John Lewis
Good backup when problems arise.
I placed an order for home delivery with John Lewis just before Christmas. the product I ordered arrived on time but was broken. I called their call centre and a replacement was very quickly dispatched and they also picked up the borken item at the same time.
Although it was a shame the original item was damaged in transit, John Lewis were thoroughly efficient in resolving the problem.

Recieved my order but no response when it was faulty
I recentply placed an order for a new case for my Blackberry with Expansys. The item was in the sale and was pretty cheap so it looked like a bargain. Sadly, it was faulty so I followed the instructions on the website and emailed them, and then emailed them again, and again, then tried calling but was just put on hold. It is now more than two weeks later (and out of their normal returns period) and I have still not han any kind of response from them.
I have been a customer of Expansys for many years and have bought several products from them thinking that they were a decent and reliable company. Not anymore, I will not be placing any more orders with them.
Vodafone
Good coverage but quite expensive
I went with Vodafone because they have the best coverage of any mobile network. I find their costs quite high but this is the price you pay for the quality of service.
