This company NEEDS to go out of business for everyone's sake

I have had the misfortune of being sent items by DPD a number of times and every time something has gone wrong. I've tried using the option of delivering with a neighbour - they haven't bothered even though both neighbours have been in all day. Tried leaving it in a safe place - they haven't bothered or it has been left on my doorstep. Tried waiting in for delivery - a sorry we missed you card gets put through the door and I have to confront the driver. And this list goes on.
They must offer companies cheap rates as I cannot think of another reason anyone would use them. I've started avoiding companies that do use them as I know it'll be a sometimes up to 4 day (over when they say it will be delivered) struggle to get my package.
And to top it all off the customer service is just terrible/non existent. When you do finally get through to someone they're rude and unhelpful.
Companies please please please stop using DPD and hopefully we can make them go out of business. They are the dregs of the delivery service, if you think any of the others are bad then wait till you've tried DPD.
