I had purchased a groupon voucher and was unable to use it. It was not clear whether to enter the security number, the top code or the reference. I inserted all of them individually and it still didn't work. I asked them for help. They did not help and said that my code was valid. After another two attempts they finally sent through what would normally be an idiot's guide to doing it. Except, they still failed to tell me which code to use. I had already worked out how to order it - that was not the problem - i asked which code to use.
They had obviously done something differently to the system because one of the codes finally worked. I am a frequent user of Groupon and computer literate and a solicitor, so I am not stupid. However, i was treat as though i was and clearly they did not want to help.
