A great and pro looking book

Citybase Apartments

Poor customer service, poor card security, my secuirty details were hacked from citybase's servers.

While the apartment was nice, the service was poor. The internet and bathroom extractor fan didn't work. I booked an apartment as I had a full on hectic weekend which was busy and I needed to find addresses and check emails. So when the internet didn't work it was a huge disapointment. Not having time in my stay to correct this, I informed customer services after my stay. Their attitude was "We've got someone at hand 24 hours a day to help you out, so what are you complaining about, its not our fault you could have sorted this out yourself". they said they even knew about the extractor fan issue. A day after the stay I experienced credit card fraud and two weeks after the stay citybase emailed me to say their booking system had been hacked. Thanks for credit card fruad citybase.
So all in all a good stay soured by terrible customer service.
