I paid extra money for express delivery on the 10/07/2013. The item did not arrive and was marked as delayed. Fair enough, I thought it would be delivered the next day. Wrong.
I contacted support asking for the whereabouts of my item. They told me its with the driver for delivery today and also gave me his name and number. I contacted him and he assured me it would be delivered today. Fast forward to the evening and he texts me saying it will be delivered the next morning.
This is highly unacceptable. I then proceeded to contact support again and told them of my issue. Waited for a few minutes and no reply? The chat was closed on me. Yes, the support agent just shut me out.
I texted the driver and demanded my item be delivered today. If not I will proceed to write many more negative reviews of my experience such as this one.
Edit: Driver replied that he will deliver it after 8. Item has arrived now. Amended rating from 1 star to 2. Hate to say it but I will avoid Yodel in future.
Edit 2: The company reported this review. Is this how you deal with criticism? Putting it back down to one star. Please learn from your mistakes.
