Ordered covers for our garden furniture - no indication that they were out of stock when ordering on-line and said delivery would be next working day.
Got an email a little later to say one of the items was out of stock and delivery would now take 7-10 working days.
I waited and heard nothing. After 12 days, I emailed customer services to be told item was still not in stock but I could spilt the order if I phoned then and I assume at extra cost to myself.
The least they could have done was send the items in stock first and dispatched the other item later, especially as it had taken so long and without me having to ask them to do it! Other than that, no help or indication when the item would be received and the response from customer services jut seemed to be fobbing me off.
Meant the rain and birds did some damage to my garden furniture as they couldnt be covered.
Eventually the covers were delivered this week and they are very good. Just a shame about the lack of communication and customer service.
