Just totally flabbergasted with the service from CityLink.....Ordered a product for next day delivery (Tuesday the 9th). I was home all day, it was showing tracked that it was on a van, no knock on the door and no card and suddenly it is back at the Depot after an 'unsuccesful delivery attempt'. Rang the shipper who was assured it would go out the next day. Next day (Wednesday) Same thing, no knock, no card, me home all day and suddenly back at depot. I waited home again on the Thursday and the same thing happened again!!! I rang CityLink customer service and got a very helpful lady (not her fault) who informed me it was never loaded onto a van on the Wednesday or Thursday!!!!!!!!! She rang the Depot who assured her it would be delivered by 6pm that night. Guess what, no parcel. It really is as if they don't actually want to deliver this parcel. It gets better! Apparently, another attempted delivery this morning at 6.49am no less. Rang up and now they are telling me my shipper got my address wrong even after confirming the address via CityLink's Operator yesterday for security purposes. Someone is not telling the truth here! I've also kept the shipper fully informed of the issues and suggest that if you have these problems you all do the same. I live 2.5 miles from the Depot as well.
