I returned an item over a month ago. The item was sent via Royal Mail and was received signed for. I received and email saying it was being sent to the inspection team, but this was the last I heard from them.
The only way to contact Nigel O'Hara for non-sales support is through a web form. On my first attempt I was told it would take a month to issue a refund. Given it was a month, I wrote again inquiring about the refund and they replied saying it was passed to the finance department... Still no followup.
Sent ANOTHER email and got a response saying the issue was forwarded to the finance manager. Five days later... STILL NOTHING.
It seems like they are happy to sell items to you but not to refund. My money is being held and I don't have what I purchased. I honestly have tried to resolve this amicably and not leave a negative review, but I am so frustrated that something as simple as a refund cannot be processed especially when people need money during the holidays.
I like to support smaller businesses but this experience in general is why I believe a lot of people trust bigger businesses to do the right thing.
Funny enough someone took the time to respond to a negative review below, but clearly time isn't being taken to give attention to the business functions which would prevent negative reviews in the first place.
