great site and good prices HOWEVER my product took 6 days to dispatch with no confimation email or knowledge of what was happening. When I complained they sent an automated message to 2 different complaints before I received a personal email from Joe promising me a reply in 2 days.. almost a week later and I have heard nothing.
They are a compny that does not care about customer service. I was at this time looking to negotiate putting a great product (im MD for a company) on their website, however we pride ourselves on customer service so it's definatly not for me. I will warn my friends who use the site not to and continue to post bad reveiws until The Hut actually start caring. (it is clear from other reveiws you do not)
