When I booked for my computer, I had paid for it to be next day delivery. Yet for two days I had to stay in the house for the entire day, yet the tracking website insisted (and the services I rang) also insisted that me and my grandmother must have been out as the delivery man had tried to deliver and had left a leaflet for us to check (nothing left whatsoever). So I was basically accused of lying.
Thankfully I was able to get in contact with Dee from the Social Media team- (firstname.lastname@example.org) in the early afternoon and by around 3pm my parcel had arrived fully intact and safe. The company itself overall is awful but the customer services from Social Media were very helpful :)
