Poor Communication Lousy Attitude

I have foolishly bought an A3 printer, paper and spare ink cartridges from this bunch. I requested free delivery which they state means 3-5 working days 3 days later I check my account page and it still says order processing. I start an online chat to see when they will be delivering my goods they say that the order has been processed and I would more than likely get my goods on Wednesday. I stay in all day and at 16:30 start a new online chat were I am told that I requested free delivery so they can deliver it up to Monday within the contract. I said that I was only complaining about being told Wednesday! they then said that this was not guaranteed but apologized that I was misled. Now half the order has turned up no sign of the printer! This time I phone up and ask where it is and the chap says it has been sent. I tell him that only half my order has arrived so he says he will check where it is and ring me back in 10 minutes,,,,yes you guessed it no call back! So I now have lots of paper and ink but no printer I have also stayed in 2 days ARRRGGGGGHHHHHH. They are based in Elland West Yorkshire which is just down the road from me so tomorrow I will pay them a visit!
They do not listen, they do not understand customer service, they will never get any more of my money..
