I have recently purchased 2 magical Friday passes for tomorrowland 2013 from Viagogo. After receiving these e tickets I I noticed they have no client name. Each ticket states that they are strictly personal and by name yet these tickets have no client name on them. I am very worried I will not be able to exchange this ticket for a festival bracelet at tomorrowland. I have emailed viagogo 3 times now outlining my concerns and have not had a response. This is extremely poor customer service. I have travelled from Australia for this festival and will be extremely angry if my ticket is rejected at the entrance all I am asking from viagogo is how they have verified these tickets and why they do not have a client name on them if they are legit tickets????
