I made a purchase of a garden parasol recently
I actually clicked the wrong size and wanted to speak to a customer services as to exchange options etc.
When I called the given number I was informed by a pre recorded message that all customers enquiries are dealt with by email
So to be honest just didn't bother so not really happy with my wrong purchase which was my mistake
so in turn I just delete emails from World Stores and won't bother to order from them anymore as I prefer to deal with a person on a phone if there is a problem and get an immediate response
