Nairns Oatcakes

Found a big plastic hair thread thing baked into an OATCAKE!

I reported it and they asked for me to send back the oatcake for testing - I did.

Nairn said it was web fraying from the conveyor belt that had dropped in and was baked into the oatcake - PRETTY GROSS !

I'm offended that I only received £6.00 in Nairn vouchers in the mail, I thought that was VERY cheap of Nairn. £6.00 ! ... thanks for nothing Nairn... what kind of apology is £6.00 ! ..you do realise this is 2014 yes ?

You never handled my complaint correctly

I returned with a packet of dates because I bit into one and a black powder spilled out, I inhaled it and some got in my mouth - it tasted chemically and horrid, I felt ill for the rest of the day.

I reported it to the store here in Edinburgh, filled out a report and returned the item. You guys examined it and never really gave me an explaination - my compensation ? ... a £10.00 gift token for Tescos... I'm sorry but that is very VERY cheap!

After all the hassle i went through, the dates themselves that I returned were £2.50 .. then I had to journey to the store and fill in the report. Basically I was paid £10.00 for my time wasted.

Not impressed Tesco, I have been shopping with you for many years - exclusively ! .. I spend on average £90 per week - including Xmas.. I spend roughly £5,000 per year at your store.. and you give me a £10 token for what happened !

Makes me question your respect for customers!

BEWARE of SPORTS DIRECT RETURN POLICY !!!

Look at your receipt very carefully " Return items within 24 days for ONLY an EXCHANGE or A GIFT TOKEN " <<<<<

We were made to believe that if we got this pair of £50 trainers, if we got home and changed our mind, we could return for a CASH REFUND - BUT NO! ... we had to accept a bloody gift token to be used in SPORTS DIRECT, and we can't even use it ONLINE!

How can a dump like SPORTS DIRECT get away with treating customers so badly ?

HEY SPORTS DIRECT DIRECTORS ! .. your policies are SCUM! and you know they are, how can you sleep at night. Intelligence doesn't exist on Ebuyer!

+ I just want to point out that a great rating on Trust Pilot means NOTHING.. it can be manipulated so easily. The 4 stars you have is unbelievable!

I lost count of the mistakes that I found on technical items on Ebuyer.

The descriptions were missing parts, there was false information for certain graphics cards. Correct technical specifications are SO! important, but Ebuyer makes so many mistakes, it is UNREAL!

Half the time the photos are wrong too!

This company is managed very badly.

Don't get me started on their email shoot !!! - the wording is wrong, the spellings are wrong! The information is incorrect... and also they do this thing where they show an item but with no price, it just says " £ ?? " ... so it deceptively and annoyingly tries to get you to visit the website.

Ebuyer you suck big time, I have just cancelled my account with you...there are many other tech dealers out there who deserve my money more than you.

ANNOYING AND DISRESPECTFUL CANCELLATION PROCESS !!!!

I pay £120 per year for my Love Film account. I expect some respect as a customer. It is disrespectful to stop supplying new titles for the INSTANT section, I noticed over December / January there was a severe lack of anything good.

When I looked through the categories on my xbox 360 app. , every category kept showing the same titles. I was browsing through COMEDY and every second title was actually a horror. - MOST CONFUSING

I went to cancel my account, which should be a simple process done via the website when you login to your account, but NO.. there is a new page which gives you a telephone number which you must call to cancel !

The first is an 0800 number, but there is an alternative 020 number if you can't call free numbers on your mobile ( thats me ) - I called and the robot voice said you are in a queue, waiting time " 3 MINUTES "

I waited and wait... at minutes 12! .. yes 12 minutes! ...the call was answered and some Indian dude ( what a freaking surprise! ) ... tried to keep me on the phone for as long as possible, I cut him short and said angrily - JUST CANCEL MY ACCOUNT, he put me on hold, came back 2 minutes later and confirmed my account had bee cancelled and I hung up.

I have used 20 MINUTES of my monthly minute quota given to me by GIFF GAFF ... this is RIDICULOUS!..

Do these companies think we are so stupid ? ..isn't it obvious why LOVE FILM has resorted to this new cancellation tactic - BECAUSE IT IS A TACTIC, it is deceptive and disrespectful.

I will never use LoveFilm EVER AGAIN! .. and I will investigate any of it affiliate companies and never use them ever again.

Word of mouth is the worst and best type of advertising for businesses ... and I will make sure every damn person I meet knows about LOVE FILMS underhanded tactics!

I tried to email LOVE FILM support, I was responded to 3 times, but sympathy was completely lost in translation - here are the names of the robots that emailed me: PRASANNA, YUVRAJ, RAGESH .... and here is a line from one of their responses ...

" I sorry to understand you were unable to get through our phone line
to cancel the account as we experienced high call volumes "

WTF !!! .. no really, this is the heigh of disrespect.

I hate you River Island - Edinburgh, Princes Street, you have caused me so much upset and wasted my time.

You show me no respect !

I purchased shoes from you, which were faulty and caused my foot injury - I EVEN BLEED !!!! ( I even showed you photographic evidence ) You refused me a refund @ Edinburgh Princes Street.

You then took my shoes and said you would send them to get tested for faults - which is as good as accusing me of LYING!

It has been over 2 months now and I have had no contact from River Island regarding the shoes, I have no refund either.

River Island I have sent you 5 emails through your web contact page online and also by email, you say you aim to reply within 48 hours - NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED OR EMAILED ME.

I AM DISGUSTED WITH YOU BEHAVIOR RIVER ISLAND - YOU STOLE £40 FROM ME, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN EVER!!! YOU ARE A THIEF RIVER ISLAND - YOU STEAL MONEY FROM POOR STUDENTS.. YOU STOLE FROM ME RIVER ISLAND.

... and I will make sure that I write and tell everyone... I now write reviews daily about how disgusting your business deals with customers.

Still to this day, I have no refund and no shoes and no contact from River Island.. RIVER ISLAND YOU ARE THIEVES!
