still waiting, 8 weeks after we first wanted to change our mattreses

Please do not buy from this company; our 1 star original review is buried somewhere down below the ton of 'Dreamy' fake reviews by Dreams staff. When we wrote our review about being ripped off by Dreams for a mattress exchange; they had a rating of 2 - now after a few weeks of frantic writing; they've managed to improve their score.

We still do not have our replacement mattresses under their 40 night guarantee and today is the 14th of August.

Please look back at all reviews before May 2013 to get the real story of how shocking this money-grabbing company are. They will soon be out of business we predict, so best not to risk your hard earned cash with them.

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy. With the Comfort Exchange we do state on the reverse of your order form that the chosen mattress should be to the same value or higher & that a new delivery fee is payable; on our website we also confirm that if a cheaper mattress is found then the difference in price is lost. I would like to assure you that our Terms & Conditions have been approved by The Office of Fair Trading & Trading Standards.
If there is anything further that you would like us to look into please email & title the email Trustpilot, we aim to respond to all correspondence within 48 hours. We will await your decision as to what mattress you would like to change to.

super service, great communication, good value

I'm very happy that I closed the Interflora link I was using to send flowers when a next day delivery was no longer an option with them. Serenata's service is excellent; the flowers delivered to my Aunt were beautiful and fresh and on time and almost 12 pounds cheaper than if I had used Interflora. Thanks! Clare
