Item had damage to rattan and stains on 3 of the cushions

My furniture should of arrived on a Tuesday took day of work loss of pay then they rang me at night on the Monday to say it would not be being delivered so had to make 5 separate phone calls to garden xl to try and sort out the order then another day of work less pay and hen it arrived it ad damage on the rattan and 3 separate marks on the cushion 1 was like a dirty finger mark on a back cushion and 2 of the seat cushions have what look like water marks so another phone call 20 minutes later to be told I have to take photos and send them to support@gardenxl.com and now I'm just waiting for a response I think it is disgusting you pay a lot of money for furniture and they muck you about with delivery and then the item is damaged and stained so not fit for purpose
