I usually use [external reference] which are brillant,however i wanted a 24 hour delivery for a special order which [external reference] do not do so i choose yodel.booked as always through parcel 2 go.com and collection was booked for 11th february 2014.they tell you between 7am and 7pm(who collects parcels at that time of night at this time of year)every body else collects in the morning.still i waited all day,nothing,no text,no call,no card nothing.i tried to contact them direct,you can't get anywhere because until they collect your parcel even though you have a tracking number they can not tell you anything until the parcel has been picked up.i tried through parcel to go,all they could say was it was booked for collection and could not do anthing until after 7pm.i wasted a complete day for nothing,and i have had to explain to my customer why their parcel will not arrive on the 12th of feb,because thanks to yodel i still have it.give them a very wide berth and unless you have 12 hours to kill choose someone else.they manage to make [external reference] look good.might be cheaper but that is not much good if you are paying for nothing.
simple to use web site,easy to order and pay,i paid for ist class delivery(my choice as i had not ordered enough for free postage)and it was there the next morning.one thing i would say is i think they go overboard on the packing,i only had one item and i am sure a jiffy bag would be a lot cheaper for the company than a box that had more packing in it than item!!!!.other than that,great.
