I was quite impressed with the price for the service but soon realised why.
The parcel was collected on 27th June. An email confirmed it had been collected and stated it would be delivered to it's destination on 28th. Great I thought. That is good service. 1 week later, the recipient contacted me to ask when he would receive his parcel. I contacted the company and was told they were unable to locate the address I had supplied. I checked Royal Mail's website again and it was absolutely correct. I emailed them to confirm this and eventually got an email back stating they would attempt re-delivery. It finally arrived at it's destination on 9th July.
I was totally unimpressed with the apparent lack of care that this parce was so late. Fortunately, the recipient was understanding but, had this been a crucial, time sensitive parcel, it could have been a lot more serious.
I have to say though, that the person who I corresponded with by email was very helpful but the overall speed of service was very poor.
11 days for a parcel that should have been delivered within 48hrs.
As a first impression, it has rather put me off wanting to use them again.
