Ordered a washing machine online for my mother, got confirmation of order straight away by e-mail and that was it!!! Called Currys 5 days later to be told it would be coming direct from the manufacturer and could take up to 28 days??? Called after 20 days and was told that the manufacturers office was closed and someone would call them the next day and let us know whats going on. Alas, nothing!!!!. Called Currys the following day and after they contacted the manufacturer they told us that the washing machine was discontinued, but no one bothered to let us know. Cancelled the order and sent a mail to the customer service dept and after 5 days had no reply except the standard 'your enquiry is important to us' yeah right!!! Ordered an equivalent from appliancesonline.co.uk and got the machine 3 days later... had so much communication from them that it almost became annoying!! not!! Look and learn Currys... or go join Comet.. you choose!!
