Terrible customer and after sales service

Our vanity unit and toilet arrived in such good packaging that we left it unopened in our garage for a couple of weeks until we were ready to have it fitted by the plumber. On opening the packaging we found that the basin had not been supplied with the tap or waste, which we had paid for. When we contacted them, we were told because it
was over 24 hours we would have to pay for the tap and waste again. When we asked to speak to a manager we were rudely refused because they said the manager would say the same thing. So we had to pay again for the tap and waste. I shall never buy from Victoria Plumbing again. It would have been cheaper to have gone to B & Q with no delivery costs!

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry to hear you are unhappy. We are always happy to help resolve any issues with orders. At the time of placing an order, it is advised that we do need to be notified of any missing items within 24 hours of delivery. In this situation it was unfortunately 3 weeks after delivery that we were notified of the items being missing. We do our very best to help all our customers in these situations. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.
