Offers not fulfilled

Was offered a £5 WHS voucher if I ordered Readers Digest on 3rd Dec 2010. It is now 25th Feb 2011 and desipte several emails and a letter through the post, all I have recieved is an email from Kayley in January to ask what sort of voucher I was expecting to receive, since then no response at all. Do they not know what offers are being sent out to customers - they emailed the offer to me in the 1st place !!
