Good service.

I rang them with a query which was answered in a friendly and efficient manner.


I messaged the sales team about applying 2 vouchers to a high value item and this was done. However when unit was exchanged the discount was not transferred to the new purchase but I was offered replacement vouchers to use against my next purchase. I had to email again to get the credit. All ok in the end but would have been easier had the discount been applied to the replacement without having to ask. Good service but could be even better.
