Bit concerned with regard to turnaround with refunds

I purchased items which were delivered in a very timely manner. However, I returned some of the items and it has now been over two weeks and still no refund. I recently received an email saying they had received my returns and it will be a further 5-10 days before the funds are returned to my account. Very unsatisfactory.

Hi Sue,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our returns policy.

As soon as returned items are received back at our warehouse, the refund is processed back to your original payment method. We advise customers to allow up to 21 days for the returning items to be received back at our warehouse, and for the refund to be processed.

As soon as the refund has been successfully processed, we advise to allow between 3 - 5 working days for the funds to be cleared into your account.

I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
