I bought a telly (technika) a few months back, te DVD player has never worked, and now the screen has ruptured - I took the tv back to store and they gave me a telephone number to call. I called them the following morning as they were closed, and they accused me of breaking my own telly just by looking at a picture that was taken on my phone. How can someone accuse you of something they haven't been out to inspect? The telly has not moved from my bedside table!!! This is terrible service. The manager over the phone was very rude and didn't want to take the time to speak to me! He shouted and would not allow me to speak!!! My partner works for tesco and he feels so ashamed of this as he works for such a sham!!!! DO NOT BUY A TV FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Robbing, rude, and will not inspect an item they have sold, not forgetting they sold me the telly in a damaged box and advised me in the event of any damage or anything to return the item! This is not customer service, I have emailed the CEO AND WHAT A SURPRISE I HEAR NOTHING!!!! Trading standards, FOS ad watchdog will be hearing about my painful experience with tesco as a whole, I shop in tesco for everything!!! Shocking service. You people should be ashamed!!!
