I loved to shop at LookFantastic, great website, prices, products but I will not shop there again.
Today I am still waiting for an order placed November 7. It was despatched but after one try to deliver it stayed with the shipping company 4 weeks and then returned to UK. I had no idea about delivery time or date, no info on the socalled tracking system, so no chance to plan accordingly. I called service desk and was told that there was no way to contact the delivery company. I was told to wait until they returned my order to UK and then I could have a replacement order!!! same terms and conditions, no idea of delivery. When I refused and asked for refund, I was told that this can only happen after replacement order has been returned.
So now, 6 weeks later, I am waiting for a replacement order, I have no idea about when it will arrive.
I have talked to Service Desk many times and it is like talking to an automatic system. No matter what question I pose, I get the same standard answers. I am frustrated and extremely dissappointed with the service.
