Great company

This company has recently changed it's online pricing so that you can see the ACTUAL cost including taxes. Before it was very frustrating getting a 'bargain' only to then have taxes, fees, baggage fees, seat fees etc added at the end, so well done for the change.

I flew from Leeds to Southampton and back with them and on the journey back, our flight was going to be cancelled, however, they instead let us on a Scottish flight and made a stop at Leeds for us! Fantastic customer service. I would use them again.

Production Room

Support this company!

I have been a customer of the production room for a very long time and I will always be one.

They are the only shop where when I go in, the staff will shake my hand and REMEMBER my name (and even remember me when I phone up). This is excellent customer service in anyone's book.

They often do product demonstrations and have an excellent array of equipment to try out in store. It is very important to support local businesses like these when there are so many competitors and I like shopping there.

If I've ever had any problems with gear purchased, it has been sorted without an issue.

The only drawback is the lack of extended warranty (for what they are worth) which is not offered here.



I'm so glad I found Lexmark. After years of fighting with HP printers and spending endless money on cartridges I finally found the prestige pro 800 printer with REALLY cheap ink and a decent cost for the printer. Everything works, delivery is quick and I am a very happy customer.

NEVER use this company

What a joke - since when does next day delivery end up not arriving the next day when you wait in all day for it?

Why does the company have phone lines that either get cut off or never answered?

This company is letting down the businesses that use them to deliver their product


Good company but bad delivery service

I've had a mixed history with Studiospares. I would start by saying that the company has been going for many years, is an 'industry standard' key competitor and despite what I will write in this review I WOULD definitely use them again and again.

However, they use DPD to transport their parcels and this lets them down a lot. I've had next day deliveries not arrive next day, no apology from the delivery company. When phoning to enquire with Studiospares, they couldn't get through so gave me the number to call, which was never answered.....

Also, they have mis-advertised sizing of products that I have purchased resulting in too little area of an acoustic tiles product arriving (by a long margin!) BUT they DID resolve my complaint to my satisfaction. Just check the size before placing an order to avoid disappointment.

Overall, an excellent company to deal with but the delivery service lets them down in my opinion

Payment SAME DAY to bank account!

I cannot fault this company. They pay very competitive rates in the comparison sites, but what drew me to them was that they pay the same day of receiving the phone direct to your bank account.

If you don't want to pay postage, you don't have to but I paid for special delivery. This money then went towards my new phone!
