I ordered collection of goods from my home to a recipient. Despite the tracking showing that a driver has attempted to collect, no courier ever came to collect. Upon calling myHermes, they simply re-iterate what is said in the tracking information.
They claim that the driver will make one further attempt and call me. This never happened either.
I have paid for this service and my goods are still waiting to be shipped. How do I request a refund?
DPD deliberately did not deliver to me for the second occasion now. Instead of apologising, they sent an automated email claiming that I was not available to sign the order. This is not true, as someone was at home awaiting the delivery - yet no one ever arrived. Evidence of this is in the fact that no calling card was left behind.
