Placed an order last July and when it arrived it was not what I ordered. Box was bashed and torn and the pump didn't work so I wouldn't have kept it anyway even if it was what I had ordered. I contacted them and they advised me to return it. I had to pay the postage but they said they would refund it. 4 weeks later I contacted them to see where my reorder was and the next day I got an email to say it had been dispatched. 6 weeks later and still nothing arrived. By this time I was emailing them every few days and got no response. To date I have never received this order but luckily a friend told me to contact my credit card company and after sending them copies of paperwork/emails etc they gave me a full refund. If you paid by credit card well worth contacting them as it worked for me.
