The staff at the colindale store were amazing with great customer service skills....BUT my order was changed and delayed I had to find the solution to the delay on an order I placed back in May... Dreams solution was to have my order delivered on the 23rd of July!! Speaking to various people who did not seem to know what they were doing.. I had to go to the online site and find the beds I had been told were out of stock... Big Shambles for such a Big Company! Rather then me having dreams this experience gave me nightmares!!
