Purchase was easy and good. Items got delivered to wrong address. I had something delivered to an address last Year, the system used that address again although I put in the new address, customer service and the manager said it was my problem because I should have lookrd st the email which was sent much later than when u placed the order. I said I didn't have access. It should be text to us. I was told after paying fifty pounds I need to pay twenty pounds more, but will not be delivered the same day, although I told customer service and the manager that I had the plumbers at the house waiting for the goods, hence paying for next day delivery. I was given a don't care attitude by customer service and the manager. Which made my blood boil. The help to solve the items being delivered for the waiting plumbers. So after spending fifty pounds for next day delivery which did not happened o had to pay the plumbers for days work. Truly disappointed
